Using Lightroom smart collections for your workflow

There is always a lot of talk about workflow on many forums. I have posted my workflow here. Although that was in my “Aperture days”, it hasn’t changed much since I moved to LR.

A workflow is personal. Although if you are new to LR or AP, I encourage you to look at best practices as I did.

It still comes down to how you work and what you want to do with your pics, like are you tagging people or what post-processing are you applying.

John Beardsworth has published this story to explain how he uses LR’s smart collections to help him keep track of what needs to be done.

I think that it is simply a beauty.

I am actually surprised that I have not previously seen anything published that is similar.
